New Americana is an American (I feel like that’s self explanatory) rock band founded by singer/songwriter Brayden Handwerger Bolívar. Created as an outlet for Brayden to complain about his social politics after people got tired of listening, New Americana has evolved into a (self proclaimed) musical tour de force.

Out of the ashes of the pandemic, a new era of American dysphoria was ushered in. An era of extreme nihilism, hopelessness, and stupid high gasoline prices.
Nothing’s New Under The Sun
New Americana derives much of its inspiration from well trodden musical roads. With a foundation in rock, NA dives into elements of Americana folk, heartland rock, progressive rock, blues, art rock, singer/songwriter, rockabilly, and electronic.
Not politicians, just opinionated.
Born out of the American Southwest to immigrants and the victims of prejudice, New Americana fundamentally believes in taking iconography of American culture previously only claimed by the majority and making it for everyone.
